The Information and Communication Technology Center has the authority and responsibility.
               1. To study, analyze, design, develop, and manage the information technology infrastructure, including network and communication systems, of the department.
               2. Study, analyze, design, and manage big data, geospatial information, and the department's data network hub.
               3. Study, analyze, design, and develop application programs.
               4. Support, disseminate information and provide access to information systems, including the transfer of knowledge in information technology.
               5. Provide support, technical services, and maintenance for computer systems and networks.                         
               6. Collaborate with or support the operations of other relevant agencies or as assigned by the Director-General.
